• Studio Bookings between 7am-11pm. Multi-Day bookings must also abide by this window.

• The space is Bluetooth / Wifi Equipped.

• There are no window shades in the garage

• No filming, photographing or loitering outside of the building or in side walkway

• This is a hard loft, is a 120 year old building, and is subject to imperfections

• The garage stuido is accessible as it's on the ground floor

• No amplified music permitted
