The loft is a unique turn of the century building that was once an active auto body shop. The grand open-concept space encompasses 2,500 square feet. It’s a true hard loft with concrete flooring, exposed brick and massive metal beams throughout. Our loft was featured as one of Toronto Life magazine’s "Great Spaces".
Built in the early 1920’s, the building has thoughtfully been converted keeping it’s authentic character. Ceilings are all original, soaring to over 12 feet in parts of the home. The main floor contains a kitchen with a large open living area. Appliances are stainless steel, modern, yet industrial. The second floor features the master bedroom and office. Outdoor space is made up of two balconies, one off the master bedroom while the other takes up the rooftop.
The space is open and airy with the second floor being filled with natural light during the day. The building is located in the heart of Roncesvalles Village and is conveniently street facing. Just around the corner from many local restaurants and coffee shops. There are three bathrooms in total, one on each floor. Garage doors at the front of the building allow easy and convenient load in and out. Optional add-ons include equipment, additional furniture and custom installations.
